Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final on consumable products

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any opened, used, or tampered-with consumable, ingestible, or inhalable product. This includes hemp and Delta-9 THC edibles and beverages, kratom and 7-OH products, mushroom products, pre-rolls, flower, vapes, and any other ingestible or inhalable item. Once an order has been delivered, the sale is final.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email below with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement of the same item or store credit, at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds on consumables.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been dispatched or handed to a delivery driver. Once an order is in transit or out for same-day delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

Orders that are refused at delivery, cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, or fail age verification at the door may be subject to return shipping and restocking costs, deducted from any eligible store credit.
