Same-day local delivery

We offer same-day delivery within our downtown Chicago service area for orders placed before our daily cutoff. Delivery windows and availability are shown at checkout and may be limited by demand and driver capacity.

Standard shipping

Orders outside our local delivery zone ship via standard carriers. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by destination. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Age verification — 21+

All customers must be at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at checkout and may be required again at delivery. An adult signature (21+) is required on delivery. Orders that cannot be age-verified will be cancelled or returned.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship certain products to states, counties, or municipalities where they are restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to know your local laws. Restrictions include, but are not limited to:

• Kratom and 7-OH (7-hydroxymitragynine) products: we do not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Wisconsin, or to certain counties and cities including Sarasota County (FL), San Diego and Oceanside (CA), and Alton, Jerseyville, and Edwardsville (IL).
• Hemp and Delta-9 THC products: shipped only where permitted under applicable state law.
• Mushroom (Amanita) products: shipped only where permitted; we do not ship to Louisiana or any jurisdiction restricting Amanita muscaria.

This list is not exhaustive and is updated as laws change. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped lawfully to your address.

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Report shipping issues through our Contact page and we will assist with a carrier claim where possible.
