Where we deliver

Smoke Shop Go is preparing local same-day delivery for select downtown Chicago neighborhoods. Planned service areas include:

The Loop
River North
West Loop
South Loop
Streeterville
Gold Coast
Fulton Market

Delivery availability may vary by address, product type, driver availability, age-verification requirements, and local rules. If your address is eligible, available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Where we do not ship or deliver

At this time, Smoke Shop Go does not offer nationwide carrier shipping, out-of-state shipping, or mail delivery. We also do not deliver to:

Addresses outside our active local Chicago delivery zones
PO boxes, parcel lockers, freight forwarders, or mail receiving services
Locations where age verification cannot be completed
Customers under 21 years old
Any address or jurisdiction where the product is restricted or prohibited

Age verification

Many products sold by Smoke Shop Go are age-restricted. You must be 21 or older to order eligible products. A valid government-issued ID may be required before checkout, at delivery, or both. Orders may be refused or cancelled if age or identity cannot be verified.

Delivery timing

Delivery windows, fees, and estimated arrival times are shown at checkout when local delivery is available. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may change because of traffic, weather, inventory, compliance review, or driver availability.

Product restrictions

Some products may be unavailable for delivery to certain addresses even inside an eligible neighborhood. Product eligibility depends on inventory, age restrictions, supplier documentation, payment approval, and applicable law.

Failed delivery

If we cannot complete a delivery because the recipient is unavailable, underage, unable to verify ID, or located outside the eligible delivery area, the order may be cancelled. Refund eligibility will be handled under our Refund Policy.
